We cater for all of your needs

Energy Efficient

Window and doors play a huge role in the energy efficiency of our homes and by reducing the energy lost through them, significant savings can be made on fuel bills. The u value ratings of all Dean Joinery windows and door sets meet the latest building regulations.

On the 1st of July 2013, the Construction Products Regulations (CPR) made it compulsory for all glazed windows, external door sets and patio door sets to be CE marked. All of Dean Joinery Ltd's glazed windows and external door sets carry the CE mark in line with these regulations.

Zero Wastage

At Dean Joinery, we take an environmentally-conscious approach to our operations. We ensure minimal waste by recycling all shavings produced from our machinery into briquettes using our state-of-the-art briquetting machine. The material, which is 15% moister, is compressed under high hydraulic pressure without the use of any additives or glue, resulting in a natural, eco-friendly product. We are dedicated to being a sustainable joinery company and strive to minimize our impact on the environment.

Biomass Fuel

In addition to our briquette machine, at Dean Joinery, we also utilize a kindling machine to further reduce waste. This machine converts timber off-cuts and pallet waste into kindling, which is then manually filled into nets. This allows us to make the most of every piece of wood and minimize the amount of waste that leaves our facility. Not only it's environmentally friendly, but it also helps us to save cost on raw materials and make our operations more sustainable.
